I really appreciated the fact that I was never blindsided about what to expect. I always felt involved in every decision, and she readily addressed any questions or concerns I expressed. She went above and beyond to showcase my property by the use of professional photography, preparing a virtual tour, and adding many of her own personal touches. Thanks to her expertise and tireless efforts, my house sold quickly...being under contract five days after it was listed. That's AMAZING!!! As an added bonus, I feel like I have gained a true friend.
